Carrot & Spinach Porridge

Prepare this meal for your little one to start exposing them to different taste and have better acceptance towards green vegetables. Carrots contains vitamin A which is essential for the functioning of the eyes while spinach is rich in iron which is a factor in red blood cell formation.

50g carrot
50g spinach
150ml warm water
5 tablespoons CERELAC® Rice & Milk

    1. In a saucepan, boil carrot and spinach until softened, then puree in a blender.
    2. Then stir in pureed vegetables in warm water and add CERELAC® Rice & Milk.
    3. Serve immediately.
