Mini Pumpkin Pancakes

Nutritious, tasty, and easy. You can never go wrong with this pancake. Pumpkin is a good source of vitamin C which enhance iron absorption and vitamin A which is essential for the functioning of eyes.This is a fun recipe to try together with your toddlers, making various shapes and sizes.

Ingredients

½ cup CERELAC® Wheat & Honey
100g pumpkin puree
100ml milk
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg Pinch of cinnamon powder
Cooking oil for pan frying

    1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and pumpkin purée together. Then, mix in the CERELAC® Wheat & Honey, baking powder, cinnamon powder and milk gradually until all are combined.

    2. Heat up a non-stick pan and coat lightly with oil. Take a tablespoon of batter to the pan, place around the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. When bubbles start forming on the batter, flip and cook for further 2-3 minutes or till golden brown. Best served with some homemade apple puree.
