Ingredients

30 g strawberry FITNESS cereals
1/2 a Golden Delicious apple (50 g)
1/2 a Williams pear (50 g)
30 g  frozen raspberries
5 g butter
1 teaspoon of honey

Utensils

1 pan

Strawberry and fruit compote Fitness cereal crumble

1. Wash, peel and chop the apple and pear into small pieces. Cook in the butter in the frying pan for 2 minutes on a medium heat until golden. 2. Add the honey, half of the cereals and the raspberries. Continue cooking on a low heat for another minute. 3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin and place on a hot grill for 30 seconds. Keep an eye on the mixture whilst it is cooking. Serve warm. Tip: For an extra treat, sprinkle a few white chocolate flakes over the fruit before putting it in the oven.
